Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives across email campaigns, marketing automations (HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho), and paid/social campaigns. The ideal candidate is hands-on with automation workflows, confident in building segmented email journeys, and experienced in managing social content, paid ads, and post boosting to drive measurable growth. You’ll collaborate closely with content, design, and performance teams to deliver campaigns that meet our brand and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a team of 8-20 People

Email & Marketing Automation:

  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Build, schedule, and optimise email campaigns (newsletters, drip/nurture, re-engagement, onboarding, win-back).

  • Segmentation & Personalisation: Create audience segments based on lifecycle stage, behaviour, and firmographics; apply tokens/dynamic content.

  • Automation Workflows: Design and maintain end-to-end journeys, including triggers, branching logic, and lead scoring in HubSpot, Dynamics 365 Marketing, and Zoho (CRM/Campaigns/Marketing Automation).

  • Deliverability & Compliance: Monitor bounce/complaint rates; implement best practices (SPF/DKIM/DMARC); ensure CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CASL compliance and consent management.

  • Testing & Optimisation: Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, send times, and creatives; iterate based on insights.

  • Reporting: Track and report performance (deliverability, open/click rates, CTOR, conversion, revenue attribution).

Social Media & Content:

  • Calendar & Publishing: Own the social content calendar; schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube using tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

  • Content Coordination: Brief copy/design, maintain brand voice, and ensure message-market fit for each platform.

  • Community & Engagement: Monitor comments/DMs, escalate as needed, and nurture audience engagement.

  • Post Boosting: Identify high-performing posts and execute boosting strategies to grow reach and engagement efficiently.

Paid Media (Search & Social):

  • Campaign Setup: Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (and Zoho/HubSpot ad integrations where relevant).

  • Tracking & Pixels: Implement pixels/conversions API, define and maintain UTM taxonomy, and ensure accurate attribution in GA4/HubSpot/Dynamics/Zoho.

  • Optimisation: Manage bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives; apply negative keywords, retargeting, and lookalikes.

  • Performance Management: Own KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA, ROAS; present weekly and monthly performance insights.

Cross-Functional & General:

  • Lead Management: Align with Sales on MQL → SQL handoffs, lifecycle stages, and SLAs; maintain clean CRM data.

  • Project Management: Run multiple campaigns concurrently while hitting deadlines and quality standards.

  • Collaboration: Partner with content, design, and web teams to ship campaigns on time.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes, and performance best practices; propose creative tests and growth ideas.

Must-Have Skills and Knowledge

  • Platforms: Hands-on with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Dynamics 365 Marketing, and Zoho (CRM/Campaigns/Marketing Automation) for lists, workflows, scoring, forms, and attribution.

  • Email Marketing: Strong command of segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, deliverability, and compliance.

  • Paid Media: Practical experience managing Google Ads/Bing Ads and Meta/LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end.

  • Analytics & Tracking: Solid understanding of GA4, UTM frameworks, pixel/conversion setup, and funnel reporting.

  • Copy & Communication: Clear, concise marketing copywriting and excellent stakeholder communication.

  • Organisation: Strong time management, prioritisation, and documentation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Light HTML/CSS for Email: Ability to tweak email templates and troubleshoot rendering.

  • Creative Tools: Working knowledge of Canva or Figma to collaborate with design and adapt assets for channels.

  • Automation Integrations: Experience with webhooks, Zapier/Make, and CRM-to-ads audience syncs.

  • Data Visualisation: Familiarity with Looker Studio (Data Studio), Power BI, or HubSpot/Dynamics dashboards.

  • Social Strategy: Understanding of platform algorithms, community growth tactics, and paid-social creative best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with demonstrable work across email automation and paid/social campaigns. A portfolio or campaign examples with KPIs is a plus.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with demonstrable work across email automation and paid/social campaigns

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing for automation and attribution
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho (CRM/Campaigns/Marketing Automation)
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns end-to-end
  • Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn paid campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong skills in email marketing: segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CASL)
  • Solid understanding of analytics and tracking: GA4, UTM taxonomy, pixel/conversions API and funnel reporting
  • Experience building and maintaining automation workflows, triggers, branching logic, and lead scoring
  • Team management experience (managing a team of ~8-20 people)
  • Strong marketing copywriting and stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and documentation skills in fast-paced environments
  • Light HTML/CSS for email template tweaks and rendering troubleshooting
