Position Summary 

The Marketing Manager supports the execution and optimization of Frontera Healthcare Network's marketing strategy across all channels. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role leads day-to-day campaign management, vendor coordination, and content production while mentoring the Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Manager bridges strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and tied to measurable outcomes. Abide by Frontera's Mission, Vision, and Values daily.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Campaign Management & Content 

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-person channels. 
  • Lead SEO strategy and website optimization efforts to improve organic reach and user experience. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee creative production to ensure brand consistency and quality. 
  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, report on outcomes, and optimize ongoing efforts. 
  • Create and manage a content calendar that supports organizational priorities and community engagement goals. 

Community Engagement 

  • Support planning and execution of community events, health fairs, and outreach initiatives. 
  • Represent Frontera at community events as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends. 
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to develop relevant, community-centered content. 

Team Development & Collaboration 

  • Manage marketing budget lines and demonstrate ROI on campaigns and vendor spend. 
  • Build collaborative relationships with Development, Community Engagement, and clinical teams to support cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Align all marketing activity with organizational priorities in partnership with the Chief Strategy Officer. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns independently. 
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, or direct reports. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms. 
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Healthcare or nonprofit experience a plus. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements 

Office-based with occasional travel to community events and clinic sites. 

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. 

Occasional exposure to general healthcare environments.
