The Opportunity

ModernFi is seeking a Growth Manager to own and drive our growth function during a critical expansion phase. This is an operator role with high autonomy, high output, and built for someone who executes with precision. You will develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue enablement by leveraging AI tooling, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Post-Sales, and Product, and external agencies and contractors. You will own strategy, content creation, digital channels, and analytics while building the operational foundation that scales with us. This role is for a builder who wants to be exceptional at what modern growth execution looks like and who sees AI as a core part of how great work gets done.

The RoleResponsibilities
  • Create compelling content across multiple formats (website copy, blog posts, emails, social media, sales collateral, case studies, etc.), leveraging AI tools to increase output quality and velocity.

  • Build and manage our digital presence across website, social media, and email channels.

  • Design and produce collateral (alongside external agencies and contractors as needed) including presentations, one-pagers, and newsletters that clearly communicate our value proposition to financial institutions.

  • Coordinate and execute growth programs including webinars, executive dinners, industry events, and digital campaigns.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Post-Sales, and Product to develop materials that support the deal cycle, accelerate conversion, and reinforce customer value.

  • Establish metrics to measure growth effectiveness and continuously optimize based on data.

  • Develop and execute ModernFi's growth strategy, including positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.

  • Stay current on fintech industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors as needed.

About You
  • 2+ years of growth, content, or demand generation experience - preferably in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services - with demonstrated professional growth across your career.

  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling messaging.

  • Fluent with AI tools and actively uses them to work faster and better; you're not waiting for permission to experiment.

  • Experience with digital channels and automation tools.

  • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to measure and improve programs.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally - you know how to work with Sales, Post-Sales, and Product without needing a playbook handed to you.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high-quality bar for written and visual work.

  • Creative eye for design and content, with experience producing polished assets.

  • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative to learn new tools independently.

  • Thrives in ambitious, high-velocity environments and brings the same energy and commitment to their professional work that high-performers bring to any demanding pursuit.

  • Track record of meaningful tenure and ownership within previous roles - comfortable being the one who builds, writes, and ships.
