Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze proposed opportunities for marketing activities such as costing, budget, feasibility for Asia Market
- Leading and managing projects related to marketing initiatives events, exhibitions, launching, sponsorship) in Asia.
- Develop and implement marketing plans in the area on a yearly basis and update continuously
- Develop marketing processes and procedure (worksheets, SOP, checklist, store opening plan)
- Coordinate, delegate and follow up with team members and their activities on a weekly basis.( PCB, KPL)
- Manage, motivate, coach the productivity of the marketing team members & increase their productivity.
- Monitor, review all marketing activity and results (Analyzing ROI, ROO)
- Manage and maintain marketing budget as approved by Co-guardians and Marketing Director.
- Develop marketing strategy for different product segments (jewelry, watches)
- Develop events and create a customer relations team to all kind of customer relationship activity based on the local needs and cultures.
- Liaison with media and advertising (PR Consultancy) and follow up with the deliverable
- Collaborate with Bangkok and dubai team Communications and Design departments
- Managing CRM / Direct marketing activity plan.
- Liaison with marketing consultants on KPIS and marketing activities
- Suggesting Co-guardians and marketing director budget allocations
- Attend daily meetings with team members, weekly meeting with boutiques managers and monthly meetings
- Visiting showrooms quarterly in asian countries and communicate with managers on any marketing activity related to their specific country
- Analyze market development and changes in the asian market
