As a Marketing Manager, you will act as the local heartbeat of Bolt’s brand in Azerbaijan, blending on-the-ground market insight with global strategy to deliver campaigns that truly connect with local audiences. You’ll drive growth across Rides, Delivery, and Micromobility by building partnerships, creating buzz, and executing social-first initiatives, while also managing budgets and identifying high-impact opportunities. 

As part of the Northern Europe Local Marketing team, you’ll collaborate across a dynamic international organisation, with the autonomy and visibility to directly shape brand growth in a key market.

  • <point>Manage budgets, track performance, and use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and investment decisions.</point>

  • <point>You have 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within app-based platforms, marketplaces, or consumer brands.</point>
  • <point>You have a strong understanding of brand, social, partnerships, and/or performance marketing.</point>
  • <point>You bring proven experience managing budgets and optimising campaigns based on metrics such as CAC, CPA, CTR, and LTV.</point>
  • <point>You are comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.</point>
  • <point>You are fluent in English and Azerbaijani.</point>
  • <point>You are proactive, structured, creative, and commercially minded — combining cultural instinct with analytical thinking.</point>
