The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support and execute global marketing initiatives that elevate the Siegel+Gale brand and drive new business.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution – ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day marketing operations, while contributing to larger campaigns, content, and events. You will work closely with the global marketing team, business development, leadership and the practice leads to bring integrated marketing efforts to life across Siegel+Gale’s channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Project Management
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
- Translate strategic priorities into clear and actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables; track progress across multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned and on-time
- Partner closely with business development to align marketing efforts with pipeline and growth opportunities
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and KPIs
Content & Editorial Management
- Maintain the editorial calendar and ensure consistency of voice, messaging, and brand standards across all content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders on content ideation and development; manage the amplification of content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, email)
- Support the development and roll-out of proprietary Siegel+Gale research, including the activation campaign and corresponding events
Event & Experience Marketing
- Support planning and execution of events (webinars, panels, conferences, and hosted experiences); coordinate logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up (content, reporting, lead tracking, etc.)
- Help bring proprietary research to life through events, partnerships, client-facing experiences, and content extensions
HubSpot Management
- Use HubSpot to build, execute and optimize marketing campaigns (email, landing pages, workflows, and lead nurturing)
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics through HubSpot dashboards; support lead capture strategies tied to gated content
- Partner with business development to ensure strong alignment between marketing activity and pipeline opportunities
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a brand consultancy, agency, or professional services environment
- Strong experience executing integrated marketing campaigns and managing content across multiple channels
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms), including campaign execution, reporting, and lead management
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong writing and communication skills
