Role overviewAs a Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing initiatives that grow Muvr’s customer base, strengthen our brand, and support new product and market launches. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Design to execute campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys both strategy and execution, and is passionate about building a trusted consumer marketplace brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, partnerships, and paid media
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market support for product launches
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Collaborate with Design and Content teams to create compelling creative assets
- Partner with Ops and Product teams to align marketing with service quality and supply growth
- Support community, referral, and retention programs
Required
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
- Experience with performance tracking, analytics, and marketing KPIs
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment
Preferred
- Experience in marketplaces, logistics, mobility, or consumer tech platforms
- Familiarity with paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and CRM tools
- Experience launching products or entering new markets
