Position Summary:

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and execute the entire marketing function at RocketDocs. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role designed for a strategic doer who’s passionate about wearing many hats—from developing big-picture strategy to rolling up your sleeves in execution. You’ll work cross-functionally and directly with leadership to elevate our brand, drive customer engagement, and fuel our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Strategy & Vision:

  • Own the development and execution of a holistic marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs that map to measurable growth outcomes.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand reach, deepen engagement, and accelerate pipeline growth.

Lead Content with Purpose:

  • Create and manage a content roadmap that brings our brand voice to life across web, blog, social, and email.
  • Write, edit, and curate high-quality content that educates, inspires, and converts.
  • Build thought leadership in our space through storytelling, case studies, and campaigns.

Build & Optimize Our Digital Presence:

  • Manage all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, paid campaigns, and website performance.
  • Continuously analyze data to uncover insights, test new approaches, and optimize for results.

Bring Creative Ideas to Life:

  • Develop or coordinate visual assets to support marketing initiatives—everything from social posts to pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with contractors or agencies on more complex creative projects.

Execute High-Impact Campaigns:

  • Plan, launch, and iterate on integrated campaigns that support demand generation and product launches.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, cohesive, and targeted to the right audience segments.

Stay Curious & Customer-Centric:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and fine-tune positioning.
  • Use insights to better understand our buyers, inform messaging, and guide strategy.

Manage Resources for Growth:

  • Own and optimize the marketing budget, making data-informed decisions to prioritize ROI.
  • Source and manage contractors or vendors as needed to support your vision.

Steward Our Brand:

  • Evolve and enforce a consistent brand identity across all channels and materials.
  • Develop brand guidelines and empower others to use them effectively.

Track, Learn, and Evolve:

  • Use marketing analytics tools to measure performance across all touchpoints.
  • Share regular insights with leadership and bring forward creative recommendations to improve and grow.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing B2B strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success leading marketing in a solo or small-team environment.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to move quickly from idea to action.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Comfortable balancing vision with execution—you love both dreaming big and getting things done.
