The Opportunity

As the Marketing Manager for Escode’s Software Escrow business, you will play a critical role in driving marketing initiatives to support, demand generation, business growth and brand development. This position involves working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including the sales team, to deliver impactful campaigns, manage events, create engaging marketing content, and align marketing strategies with sales objectives to optimize MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) conversions.

Key Accountabilities

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather market insights and identify opportunities for campaign development.
  • Strategically plan and execute cross-sector marketing campaigns targeting software vendors and licensees.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimise effectiveness and ROI.

Event Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events that enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and deliver pre, during and post event marketing activities to deliver the maximum impact.
  • Measure event success through KPIs and feedback to continuously improve event strategy.

Marketing Content Management:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Create, curate, and oversee the production of engaging marketing content, including blogs, case studies, guides, and social media posts.
  • Working with Digital Marketing to ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and optimized for SEO.

Sales Enablement and Alignment:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Develop and provide sales enablement materials, templates and collateral to support the sales team in engaging prospects and closing deals.
  • Track and report on MQL conversions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

Functional and Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the software or technology sector, with a proven track record of developing and executing demand generation marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, CRM, campaign management, and content management and delivery.
  • Experience in developing and manage email marketing.
  • Experience of using Pardot/ Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Collaborative: Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials.
