The Role

As the lead marketer of Jericho Security, you won't just be in the driver's seat – you'll be designing the entire vehicle. Jericho Security's narrative, its growth trajectory, its very pulse – it's all in your hands. Navigate our growth terrains, work in tandem with our CEO, and light up the horizon as we gear up for an epic product launch.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead High-Impact Events: Plan, get involved, and execute high-impact events such as virtual webinars, CISO dinners, and industry conferences from inception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to elevate Jericho Security's brand visibility and drive awareness across key markets
  2. Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Implement and optimize marketing efforts across email, social media, and more. Focus on identifying which channels perform best for specific customer segments and continuously refine these efforts for maximum engagement.
  3. Create Engaging Content: Write and develop content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts that educate and captivate the audience. Use data and metrics to guide content creation and ensure it's driving meaningful engagement, conversions, and leads to building a community.
  4. Leverage Marketing Automation: Work hands-on with marketing automation tools to nurture leads, trigger campaigns, and track conversions. Use data to optimize workflows and improve return on investment (ROI).
  5. Monitor and Optimize Campaigns: Regularly analyze campaign performance using metrics to gauge success. Adjust strategies based on data to ensure content and marketing initiatives are timely, effective, and targeted.
  6. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay immersed in industry trends to ensure that marketing strategies align with the market’s needs. Use this knowledge to inform product positioning and help refine messaging for better resonance with the target audience
  7. Customer-Centric Focus: Actively listen to customer feedback and understand their needs. Translate these insights into actionable marketing strategies that improve customer engagement and lead to tangible outcomes.

Relevant skills & experience

  • 3-7 years of experience executing marketing strategies at a B2B startup, ideally during a growth phase.
  • Strong knowledge of customer behavior and how to tailor marketing initiatives to drive conversions and achieve growth goals.
  • Proven experience measuring campaign performance and making data-driven improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content creation, demand generation, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Experience with executing large-scale event or conference engagement campaigns.
  • Preference will be given to candidates in New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami.
