Position Summary: 

TruPlace is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a desire for growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of email and social media marketing and HubSpot CRM Management. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive revenue and enhance brand awareness. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing plans aligned with Real Estate and Vacation Rental industry goals and objectives. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for exponential growth. 
  • HubSpot Management: 
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage and optimize CRM, email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation processes. 
  • Create, track, and review campaigns in HubSpot to measure effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies to enhance marketing performance across different industries. 
  • Campaign Execution & Management: 
  • Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and eventually, paid advertisement. 
  • Customer Engagement: 
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized marketing initiatives. 
  • Leverage HubSpot tools to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers. 
  • WordPress Website Management: 
  • Regularly make content updates to WordPress website. 
  • Team Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. 

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing 
  • Graphic design experience, a plus 
  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM 
  • Other Qualifications and requirements 
  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork 
  • Creativity, initiative, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement. 
  • Independent, highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn 

More Details 

The various responsibilities and achievements will directly impact company goals and provide opportunity for personal and professional growth. This is a full-time remote position Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM Eastern. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience, as well as matching retirement plan, paid holidays, PTO, and group health and dental benefits.
