The Role

Wachter is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Local Business Unit (LBU) Team. The Marketing Manager primarily manages small and medium B2B businesses across multi-regional targets. The manager also grows cross-functional relationships by coordinating, planning, developing, launching, and measuring marketing campaigns and programs.


A successful candidate is experienced in coordinating projects and campaign executables. This individual will be responsible for owning, project managing, and driving integrated marketing and lead generation campaigns across internal teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project/campaign coordination.
  • Work closely with internal business stakeholders, marketing director, senior director, and operations teams to ensure activities are aligned with company goals and initiatives for on-time deliverables.
  • Campaign execution and development, tracking, and reporting joint marketing campaigns and KPIs to generate and nurture leads, including tactics such as emails, calls, webinars, events, videos, ad campaigns, thought leadership, social media, case studies, etc.
  • Use stakeholder conversations, data and insight to recommend campaign modifications, testing, and learning.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal divisional departments to support them.
  • Monitor and track all marketing campaign activities.
  • Work with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with the overall go-to-market strategy for online and offline communications.
  • Reporting on campaign data.

Job Requirements:

  • A BFA, BA in Business, Communications, and or Marketing is required.
  • Communication skills, Project management, and project coordination experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders with proven success.
  • Report on campaign results and successes in retrospective meetings.
  • Strong writing, campaign development, in and offline marketing campaigns, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with working in a partner ecosystem and developing joint marketing plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
