About LumiMeds

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.

We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to help keep LumiMeds' marketing organized, aligned, and moving forward across channels.

You'll work closely with leadership and channel specialists to turn company priorities into clear marketing plans and make sure those plans are executed well. You'll coordinate the day-to-day marketing function, manage timelines and workflows, review work before it goes live, and help ensure our messaging stays consistent across paid, organic, email, social, content, creative, and other channels.

We're looking for a well-rounded marketer with strong marketing judgment. You don't need to be the deepest specialist in every channel, but you should understand how the major pieces of modern marketing work, how they fit together, and what good execution looks like.

You should be comfortable reviewing a paid campaign, landing page, email sequence, content plan, social campaign, or creative brief and asking smart questions about the audience, message, funnel, offer, channel, performance, and business objective behind it.

The role is execution-focused, but you'll also contribute to marketing planning and help leadership identify opportunities, gaps, and priorities.

Because LumiMeds operates in a regulated category, you'll help ensure established marketing and compliance requirements are incorporated throughout the planning and review process.

What You'll Do
  • Work with leadership to translate company priorities into marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Manage the day-to-day marketing function across paid acquisition, organic content, SEO, email, social, partnerships, creative, and other initiatives.
  • Coordinate channel specialists, ensuring priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables are clear and aligned.
  • Turn marketing plans into execution, assigning owners, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and keeping initiatives moving.
  • Review marketing work before launch for overall quality, messaging, audience fit, brand consistency, and adherence to established compliance guidelines.
  • Apply strong marketing judgment across channels, asking the right questions and identifying weak strategy, unclear messaging, funnel gaps, or execution issues before they become bigger problems.
  • Keep marketing unified across channels, ensuring teams aren't operating in silos or sending conflicting messages.
  • Create and improve marketing processes for planning, briefs, reviews, approvals, launches, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and project pipeline, keeping high-priority campaigns and initiatives on track.
  • Monitor performance across channels and work with specialists to understand what's working, what isn't, and what should change.
  • Help connect the customer journey across channels, from first touch through conversion and ongoing communication.
  • Coordinate with product, clinical, legal/compliance, design, customer support, and leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, vendors, and external partners as needed.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into marketing priorities, progress, results, risks, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across the marketing function and help determine what needs attention next.
What You Bring
  • 3–6 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a fast-moving consumer, DTC, subscription, healthcare, wellness, or technology business.
  • Experience working across more than one marketing discipline or channel.
  • A strong working knowledge of paid acquisition, lifecycle/email, content, SEO, social, creative, landing pages, conversion, and customer journeys.
  • Strong marketing judgment. You understand audiences, positioning, offers, messaging, funnels, and channel strategy well enough to evaluate work and give useful feedback.
  • Ability to look at marketing from both the customer perspective and the business perspective.
  • Comfort reviewing marketing performance and understanding core metrics across different channels.
  • Experience coordinating multiple campaigns, projects, or workstreams at the same time.
  • Experience managing projects, agencies, contractors, or small teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. You can take a messy set of priorities and turn it into a clear plan.
  • Strong quality-control instincts and the ability to identify work that is unclear, inconsistent, off-brand, poorly targeted, or potentially noncompliant.
  • Ability to learn and apply detailed compliance and brand guidelines in a regulated marketing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence giving constructive feedback to specialists who may have deeper expertise in their individual channels.
  • High ownership, curiosity, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where priorities can change quickly.
Bonus
  • Telehealth, healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or other regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience with subscription or e-commerce businesses.
  • Experience building marketing workflows or processes from scratch.
  • Experience reviewing regulated advertising or working alongside legal/compliance teams.
  • Experience managing external agencies or marketing vendors.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM/email platforms, SEO tools, or similar marketing systems.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:

  • Marketing projects have clear owners, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Specialists understand how their work connects to broader company goals.
  • Campaigns move from idea to launch efficiently and with fewer last-minute issues.
  • Paid, organic, email, social, content, and other channels feel like one cohesive marketing organization.
  • Marketing work is reviewed thoughtfully before launch, with brand and compliance considerations built into the process.
  • Weak messaging, funnel gaps, and execution issues are caught early.
  • Leadership has clear visibility into what marketing is doing, why, and how initiatives are performing.
  • Specialists have the structure, context, and support they need to do strong work.
  • Marketing processes become more organized, efficient, and scalable as LumiMeds grows.
