Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing
Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns and driving customer engagement? We have a permanent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Everyday Banking and Segments Marketing team in Consumer Marketing. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to design and execute marketing campaigns across in-life and retention.
On any given day, you will:
Work together with stakeholders across Product, Digital, and Data to:
Design customer-centred marketing strategies driven by data and insights
Action marketing strategies across a range of channels including email, owned digital channels, search, and social media
Ensure marketing strategies are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with CommBank’s Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, demonstrating how they deliver commercial results for the business and promote customer NPS
Adhere to the Code of Conduct, which sets the standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions we expect from our people
We’d love to hear from people who can talk about their experience in:
End-to-end, integrated campaign delivery, including strategy development and execution
1:1 direct marketing experience across below-the-line channels, especially email, SMS, and owned digital channels
Project managing or working across multiple complex campaigns simultaneously and delivering to tight timelines
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing communications or marketing generalist role.
Experience in financial services is a bonus, but not essential
