We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce strategy, print material design, video product demonstrations, and social media management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Digital Marketing & E-commerce Strategy:

    • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.

    • Optimize the company’s online presence, including website, customer portal, and digital marketing campaigns.

    • Analyze e-commerce metrics and KPIs to inform and adjust strategies as needed.

  2. Print Material Design:

    • Oversee the design and production of print marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and flyers.

    • Collaborate with graphic designers and printers to ensure high-quality output.

    • Maintain brand consistency across all print materials.

  3. Video Product Demonstrations:

    • Support the development of video content for marketing, customer education, and brand awareness.

    • Collaborate with external vendors or internal teams to produce high quality video content.

    • Collect and analyze feedback to improve future demonstrations.

  4. Social Media Awareness:

    • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

    • Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

    • Track and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and comments to maintain positive brand interactions.

        5. General Marketing Support:

                Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and local store marketing initiatives.

                Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of planned activities.

                Provide support for corporate and field marketing initiatives as needed.

                Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervisory duties (1-3 employees)

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms, social media management tools, video production software).
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product sales, e-commerce, print material design, video product demonstrations, and social media management.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with focus on product sales, e-commerce, print design, video demos, and social media management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; supervisory experience (1-3 employees)
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools (CRM, e-commerce platforms, social media management tools, video production software)
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
