The Opportunity

Join Micromine as our Marketing Manager, AMEE, based in Johannesburg, where you'll lead the regional marketing strategy across Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Working closely with regional and global leaders, you'll shape brand presence, accelerate demand generation and deliver marketing initiatives that directly support business growth in one of our most diverse and strategically important regions.

What you need to succeed

  • Degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' senior B2B marketing experience, including campaign and event management.
  • Proven success developing and delivering strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Experience leading marketing teams, budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Mining industry or technical software experience, with HubSpot or CRM knowledge, will be highly regarded.
