About Coral Care
Coral Care is a pediatric in-home therapy marketplace. We connect families with licensed occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and physical therapists, and we deliver care where children actually are: at home. We work with 600+ providers across nine states and recently closed our Series A.
We started Coral Care because finding good pediatric therapy is too hard, and the families who need it most often wait the longest. Our job is to make that path simpler, warmer, and faster for the parents looking for help and for the providers who want to do meaningful work without the overhead of running their own practice. Today, 800+ providers across nine states use Coral Care to earn income, build local caseloads, and practice in a way that works for their lives.
The role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to make Coral Care the place to be for pediatric providers. This is a community-first role: your job is to build real connections among our therapists, so they join, stay, and grow with us.
You'll work closely with our Director of Marketing, Head of Provider Operations and Clinical Lead across the full provider experience, from first interest to a thriving practice. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who loves bringing people together and bringing ideas to life.
What you will own
- Provider-facing campaigns and content. You will create the content and campaigns that reach therapists where they are and bring them into the Coral Care community.
- The provider experience. Working closely with our Head of Provider Operations, you will build programs that help providers feel connected and supported across their whole time with us, from first interest through a flourishing practice.
- Provider community. You will design creative, genuine ways for providers to connect with each other and with Coral Care, in person and online. Build the kind of community people want to be part of, and keep it alive as we grow.
- Local and community marketing. Support efforts that help clinicians connect and build practices in their own neighborhoods, strengthening local care networks city by city.
Who we are looking for
You're an integrated marketing manager who has done brand or community-based marketing. You know how to engage a community of people and make them feel part of something.
Our dream profile is a startup marketing manager who knows how to own, execute, move fast, and experiment.
We're also open to someone who started on the agency or the brand side and then moved to an early-stage startup. Agencies teach you how brand works, how to build a real brief, and how to think through strategy. What matters most is range, hustle, and a track record of creative community work.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing or communications, with meaningful ownership of your work.
- Integrated marketing experience, with examples of community-based marketing and a track record of making people feel part of something.
- A strong writer who communicates clearly, simply, and with empathy.
- Creativity in how you bring people together, online and in person, paired with a bias toward building and shipping, not just planning.
- Strong content and email marketing experience, including running campaigns in marketing automation tools.
- Highly organized and comfortable running multiple workstreams at once.
- Comfort collaborating across functions, including design, programs, product, and operations.
Why this role is a good one
This role directly supports Coral Care's mission to create income opportunities for clinicians and expand access to care for families. This is real ownership: you'll invent the community programs that make Coral Care the place providers want to be, and you'll see your work show up in real relationships with therapists across the country. We move fast, we ship, and we back the people doing the work.
How to apply
In 300 words or less, tell us about an integrated marketing campaign you led. What was the core goal? How did you execute it based on your target persona? How did you measure success? What would you do differently?
Please attach your resume along with your website or portfolio. (Bonus points for showing creative work!)

What We Do
Coral Care is building the modern infrastructure for pediatric developmental therapy. Across the United States, families struggle to access high-quality speech, occupational, and physical therapy for their children. Long waitlists, confusing insurance processes, and limited provider availability make it difficult for families to get help when they need it most. At the same time, many therapists want to build independent practices but are held back by the complexity of running a business: insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, and administrative work. Coral Care solves both problems. We provide the technology, operational infrastructure, and support that allow therapists to build thriving local practices while helping families quickly find and book high-quality care. Our clinicians deliver therapy in homes and communities, creating better outcomes for children and more sustainable careers for providers. Through our platform, families can search for care, verify insurance, and get matched with trusted therapists in their area. For providers, Coral Care handles insurance, scheduling, billing, and operational support so they can focus on what they do best: helping children grow. We’re building a new model for pediatric therapy—one that expands access for families and creates a better way for clinicians to practice.
Why Work With Us
Coral Care is building the infrastructure that pediatric therapy has always needed but never had. Our team is mission-driven, fast-moving, and deeply focused on solving real problems for families and clinicians. If you want to work on meaningful challenges and help build a category-defining company, you’ll thrive here.
