About the Role:

We’re looking for a multi-hyphenate, hands-on marketer who is energized by variety and thrives in a fast-paced, nimble team environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working across the full spectrum of marketing activities—from email campaigns to content creation and sales collateral development.

This role requires strong project ownership, creativity, cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will help elevate Ethic’s brand, support the sales team, and contribute directly to revenue-driving marketing programs.

Comfort with marketing technology is important, including a willingness to experiment with new AI tools, automation, and emerging platforms to streamline work and boost creativity.

What You'll Do:

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build, launch, and optimize marketing emails and newsletters using Braze.
  • Create and maintain modular email templates and automated workflows.
  • Support sales outreach by building and sequencing campaigns in Outreach.

Content & Collateral Development

  • Develop and update sales materials, including presentation slides, one-pagers, playbooks, and templates.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Art Director to ensure consistent, high-quality branding.
  • Edit and produce light written content for campaigns, web pages, and sales enablement.

Campaigns & Growth Initiatives

  • Project manage full-funnel marketing and sales campaigns—from ideation to launch.
  • Partner with the technical director and cross-functional teams to define campaign audiences and goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Experience, and Executive teams to support initiatives across the company.
  • Ensure alignment across messaging, targeting, and brand execution.
  • Bring structure, organization, and creativity to projects that move the business forward.
  • Periodic reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance and collateral timelines

What You'll Offer:

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, finance, or hi-tech environment.
  • Strong project manager who can move multiple workstreams forward while meeting deadlines is important.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with at least one email automation platform (Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) a big plus
  • Experience working with popular design tools (Adobe suite, Figma, etc) a big plus.
  • Comfort working with designers and content creators a plus
  • Experience with video production a plus, but not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits: 

Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits. 

The base salary for this role will range from $120,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience. 

In addition, this position is eligible for variable compensation tied to predetermined goals and key results.

This position will be expected to work from our Tribeca office 3+ days per week.
