The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our expansion in the South Korean market. This role combines strategic marketing coordination with hands-on campaign management, focusing on building brand awareness and user acquisition through both traditional and digital channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies for advertising creative development and media buying across both traditional channels (TV, out-of-home, etc.) and digital advertising platforms in the Korean market
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns with Korean content creators and thought leaders
- Manage social media presence and community engagement across Korean platforms (KakaoTalk, Instagram, YouTube, Naver, etc.)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the Korean AI/tech space
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt campaigns for Korean cultural preferences
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
- 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in tech or digital products
- Excellent Korean proficiency with fluent English or Mandarin Chinese communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Strong understanding of the Korean marketing landscape, including both traditional media and digital channels
- Experience with social media management and influencer partnerships
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
