Who You Are
You are a strategic, creative and hands-on marketer with experience scaling revenue through paid acquisition, funnels and PR. You are AI-fluent, data-driven, and can both design strategy and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and more. You thrive on measurable growth and leading cross-functional marketing teams.
Responsibilities
• Architect and execute marketing strategy and brand positioning across multiple Shae Group verticals.
• Build high-converting funnels using GoHighLevel, leverage our CRM, manage paid media buys and optimize ROAS across channels.
• Drive community growth, PR/media placements and thought leadership opportunities.
• Embed AI automation into marketing workflows and deliver clear reporting dashboards on ROI.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
• 6+ years’ experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition and funnel optimization with measurable revenue impact.
• Hands-on campaign experience across GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM,Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and programmatic channels.
• Strong data-driven mindset: analytics, attribution, CRO and dashboarding; fluent English and exec-level communication.
Nice-to-have
• Experience scaling multi-brand portfolios or agency leadership.
• Background in health/wellbeing or edtech verticals.
Benefits
Compensation & performance bonuses
Base Salary: USD $1,500–$2,500 per month.
Performance incentives: $1000+/mo for KPI over-performance tied to revenue growth, conversions, and engagement metrics.
Payment & contractor terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via Wise or bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
