Job Description

The Firm is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the growing Private Wealth Marketing & Communications team in its New York office. This person will be responsible for marketing and brand building among U.S. financial advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of U.S. sales, and the leadership team to create industry-leading marketing content, campaign strategies, and sales enablement programs aligned with the business and product priorities. Effectively communicate with key stakeholders marketing initiatives, timing, and results.

  • Collaborate with product, digital, and editorial teams to support the channel’s initiatives with timely, compelling, and well-positioned content: generate new ideas and work closely with colleagues to repurpose and repackage material developed across the firm to support campaign efforts. 

  • Conduct competitor, customer, and market surveillance to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate qualified leads. 

  • Develop fully integrated marketing programs and client journeys following a multi-channel approach (sales engagement, events, conference calls, email, digital, social, and PR). 

  • Develop expertise in understanding the complexities of the partner firms and their areas of focus.

  • Identify opportunities to highlight the firm’s capabilities to advisors— lead programming of conferences and events, promotional activities, and internal and external communications to potential clients. Leverage all marketing touchpoints to drive client engagement and amplify brand and voice in the market.

  • Contribute to firm’s thought leadership agenda and advocacy program to ensure client objectives and needs are addressed.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs using various quantitative measures. Monitor feedback and communication from clients, prospects, and sales professionals. Report and communicate with frequent updates to stakeholders including the ability to translate data-driven insights and measurement into actionable conclusions. 

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong interest in financial services marketing, and experience with asset management and retail/intermediary channel preferred.

  • Affinity for data, analytics and digital marketing.

  • Knowledge of alternatives strategies across public and private markets is beneficial.

  • Proven experience building and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Outstanding project management and prioritization skills, with a track record of leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy.

  • Strong analytical skills and quantitative orientation.

  • Working knowledge of, and affinity for, a variety of marketing technologies.

  • Enthusiasm for working in an entrepreneurial environment, sharing and establishing best practices.

Salary Range: $ 175,000 - 200,000

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
