The Role

The Marketing Manager (mid-level) will demonstrate a proven track record in creating and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to analyze and leverage data for decision-making. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping our brand, driving leads, expanding market reach, and ensuring the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Oversee the creation of compelling content and creative assets for campaigns.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Work to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing strategies with broader organizational objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a unified approach.

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or related field
  • Experience with digital marketing, event strategy, execution, and project management
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, SOCIAL MEDIA, PAID ADs, and email marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and derive actionable insights
