Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Integrated Marketing, B2B & B2C to help drive marketing strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of health technology and scientific solutions.

This person will play a central role in bringing our products and brands to market — translating strategy into high-quality execution across product launches, integrated campaigns, websites and digital experiences, paid and earned media, content, CRM, events, and sales enablement.

This role is ideal for someone with approximately 8 years of broad marketing experience who combines strong brand and commercial judgment with excellent execution. You should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, partnering with agencies and internal teams, and independently driving projects from brief through launch.

The successful candidate will be digitally fluent, highly organized, comfortable working across both B2B and B2C audiences, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across B2B and B2C products.
  • Translate business and product priorities into clear campaign plans across paid media, earned media, social, CRM/email, website, content, events, and sales channels.
  • Manage campaigns from strategy and briefing through execution, optimization, and measurement.
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

2. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Partner with product, commercial, and marketing leadership to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and major product initiatives.
  • Build launch plans covering target audiences, messaging, channel strategy, campaign assets, website needs, media plans, PR, events, CRM, and sales enablement.
  • Own GTM readiness checklists and ensure key marketing dependencies are identified and delivered ahead of launch.
  • Translate technical product features and capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits.
  • Support development of product positioning, value propositions, claims, audience messaging, and launch narratives.

3. Digital Marketing & Website

  • Lead marketing execution for website launches, product pages, landing pages, e-commerce experiences, and other digital customer journeys.
  • Partner with web development, design, product, legal/regulatory, and agency teams to bring digital experiences from brief to launch.
  • Own marketing requirements, content development, testing, QA, launch readiness, and ongoing optimization.
  • Work closely with media agencies and internal partners across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, SEO, and other digital acquisition channels.
  • Support CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives including email journeys, lead nurture, customer communication, and retention programs.

4. Agency & Partner Management

  • Develop strong briefs for creative, media, PR, web, content, and other external partners.
  • Manage agency workstreams, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and feedback processes.
  • Act as a strong internal marketing partner who can provide clear direction, make decisions, and keep projects moving.

5. Brand, Content & Communications

  • Help steward the ADI Health Solutions brands and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and refine messaging for different audiences across both B2B and B2C products.
  • Partner with PR teams and agencies to identify earned media opportunities, develop storylines, support announcements, and maximize visibility around launches and company milestones.

6. Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

  • Develop customer-facing materials including sales decks, product one-pagers, FAQs, demo narratives, use-case materials, case studies, and objection-handling tools.
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams to understand customer needs and ensure marketing materials support the sales process.
  • Gather feedback from sales conversations, pilots, conferences, and customer interactions and translate learnings into stronger campaigns, messaging, and assets.

7. Conferences, Events & KOL Engagement

  • Own marketing execution for key conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and industry meetings.
  • Manage event strategy and execution including booth design, messaging, demos, collateral, speaker content, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.

8. Customer, Market & Performance Insights

  • Stay close to customers, competitors, industry trends, and evolving market needs across both B2B and B2C categories.
  • Support customer interviews, market research, social listening, competitive reviews, and other insight-generation activities.
  • Synthesize insights from research, sales conversations, pilots, website analytics, campaign performance, customer reviews, conferences, and other sources.

Ideal Candidate Profile
