Lead the Charge in Smart Energy Solutions
SolarEdge, a global leader in smart energy technology, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a 6-month to 1 Year contractual assignment. This role is pivotal in driving market leadership for SolarEdge in India and Sri Lanka, working closely with regional and global teams.
About the Role
As a strategic marketer, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position SolarEdge as the #1 choice for smart energy solutions in India and Sri Lanka.
- Conduct market research and leverage insights to gain a competitive edge.
- Implement a multi-channel marketing mix (online & offline) within budget, using tools like marketing automation, SEO, SEM, PPC, and web analytics.
- Collaborate with distributors, installers, and developers on joint marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage events: exhibitions, seminars, webinars, trainings, and customer events.
- Create compelling marketing content: brochures, case studies, campaigns, presentations, and social media posts.
- Partner with sales managers to drive regional growth.
- Work closely with HQ marketing, product marketing, MarCom, and design teams for high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Industry experience in renewable energy, high-tech, power electronics, or EV (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and online advertising platforms.
- Proven content creation and event management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Hindi language skills desirable.
