We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to execute the firm’s content production and amplification strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is ideal for a strong executor with a passion for content production and brand amplification. The Marketing Manager will focus on implementing the content strategy, producing engaging assets, and driving visibility across marketing and sales channels. We’re looking for a skilled collaborator with excellent organizational and project management skills who can transform strategic direction into impactful, on-brand content.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Content Calendar Management: Own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely updates and coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
- Content Development: Collaborate internal stakeholders to develop and refine content and formats that align with our brand strategy, target audience, and industry drivers. Formats can range from blog posts, press releases, social posts, ads, awards, speaking engagements/PPT decks, webinars, videos, podcasts, integrate SEO, etc.
- Content Amplification: Help build awareness and presence for the S+R Brand access key channels and platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, X, IG, Facebook,etc.), firm’s website, association partnerships, speaking engagements, search engine marketing, email campaigns, and more. Ensure content is optimized for each channel to maximize engagement and reach.
- HubSpot Marketing Experience: Experience in Marketing Hub tools + campaign reporting
- Website: Maintain and update the company website content, ensuring all content is current, SEO-friendly, and aligned with overall marketing goals. Collaborate with web development partners as needed.
- Award Submissions & Speaking Engagements: Research and submit entries for relevant industry awards, and proactively identify and secure speaking engagements at key conferences and forums to position the company and its leadership as thought leaders.
- Advertising/Sponsorship: Identify and manage advertising and sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand and business development objectives.
- SEO Strategy Management: Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for key industry terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the insights, research, or agency, or strategy space.
- Proven experience managing content marketing, website management, and SEO strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as CMS, SEO tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software (preferably Hubspot), running webinars, etc
- Excellent project management skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a focus on results and ROI.
- Working knowledge with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of event management software or platforms (webinar production).
