Now we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager.
The main goal is to assume complete responsibility for running advertising campaigns and promoting strategic expansion. In this position, you will work closely with the Marketing Team Lead to develop and implement the marketing plan for our new product, Evly.
Your future responsibilities include:
- Multichannel lead generation: launch, optimize, test, and scale advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
- Website management: plan and oversee the creation of new pages, analyze existing ones, and run CRO experiments to improve performance.
- Tracking setup: configure event and conversion tracking, and monitor the full user journey.
- Creative cycle management: create briefs, review creatives and ad copies, and maintain a structured library of innovative tests.
- Media planning & forecasting: build media plans and forecast key performance metrics for inbound campaigns.
- Market & competitor analysis: identify trends and insights to adjust performance strategy and product positioning.
- Operational management: brief and supervise contractors (design, copywriting, video), ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and proper documentation of materials.
- Reporting & retrospectives: prepare weekly and monthly funnel reports (CTR, CPC, LP-CVR, CPL, CPSQL, CAC, SQL→Customer, pipeline value), summarize key insights, and define next steps.
Needed experience & skills:
- 2+ years of relevant experience (at least 1 year in B2B SaaS marketing).
- Experience managing >30k budgets.
- Experience of work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and Looker.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English at level B2+ or above.
