6+ years in marketing leadership roles (e.g., CMO, VP Marketing, Director of Marketing)
Experience leading brand, growth, or integrated marketing at high-growth startups or enterprises
Skilled at navigating ambiguity and crafting clear, compelling strategies
Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great campaigns, but great teams
Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
