Join Us, and Ship Robots

Weave was founded to build the robots we’d want to have in our own home. We believe the next generation of robotics will transform everyday life by enabling people to do more and to reclaim time to spend on what’s important.

We also believe robots are in a sense like any other product: to matter, they have to ship. Our robots are already operating in real homes and businesses, giving us the opportunity to rapidly improve from real-world experience. With a growing team, strong customer demand, and capital for expansion, we’re entering an exciting stage of growth—and we’re looking for people with exceptional talent and standards to help bring home robotics to millions of households.

The Role

Weave is building first-of-their-kind home robots, and we’re looking for a marketing expert who can tell their story in a precise and inspiring way. As our Marketing Lead, you’ll shape how customers, researchers, prospective employees, and the broader industry understand our work. You’ll partner directly with the founders to define our narrative, drive major launches, and build a communications function that matches the ambition of what we’re building.

Responsibilities
  • Drive our narrative: Partner with the founders to develop and refine Weave’s brand positioning, voice, and external messaging across every audience and channel, balancing clarity with technical depth.

  • Lead research and product launches: Own the strategy and execution behind major announcements, translating complex innovations into compelling, credible stories.

  • Manage media relations: Drive external relations such as media outreach, press strategy, and embargo timelines from start to finish

  • Drive content pipeline: Develop and maintain a thoughtful content cadence across channels, ensuring communications consistently reinforce company priorities.

  • Lead creative production: Direct the creation of launch videos, research demos, and other visual assets that showcase our robotics platform with clarity and impact.

  • Attract exceptional people: Work with leadership to craft compelling recruiting narratives and culture-focused storytelling that attracts exceptional robotics and AI talent.

What You'll Bring
  • Experienced marketer: 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand at a high-growth technology company or startup. Experience with content preferred but not required.

  • Exceptional communicator: Outstanding writing and messaging skills with strong instincts for positioning, storytelling, and strategic communications.

  • Technically fluent: You'll need to be able to understand sophisticated technical work and translate it into precise, compelling messaging. In the course of your work you'll need to be able to talk to any engineer in the company, and you'll aim to do more than get the gist of the technology they work on.

  • Cross-functional leader: Proven ability to coordinate complex launches and communications initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have
  • Consumer hardware marketing and NPI experience.

  • Experience from multiple generations of launches for a product line.

  • A meaningful following on one or more major social media platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), with a demonstrated understanding of how to tailor messaging for each.
