About Phoenix Consulting
We are a fast-growing technical consulting and implementation partner, helping organisations deliver end-to-end digital transformation across enterprise IT platforms, Cyber Security, systems integration, cloud and ERP, with Salesforce as one of the platforms we specialise in.
Our business focus includes energy, Healthcare, and we have a long track record of success through organic and new business growth.
We are trusted by our customers for our ability to deliver complex, high-value programmes and for working in deep partnership with their teams.
As we continue to expand our UK presence, we are creating a new Marketing Lead role to own our marketing strategy, brand, and media presence. This new position reports to the CEO and Leadership team, and focuses on building Phoenix's profile and thought leadership within the healthcare and pharma sector, alongside leading our broader marketing function.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to own Phoenix's marketing function end to end: strategy, brand, content, and channel presence. This is a senior, largely autonomous role for someone who can build and run a marketing department, not just execute against a plan handed to them.
A core focus of this role is our presence in the healthcare and pharma sector. We are looking for someone genuinely familiar with the pharma market who can act as a thought leader in healthcare and pharma technology consulting, shaping how Phoenix is positioned and perceived among clients and prospects in this space, and building the credibility, content, and relationships that support our growth there.
You will work closely with the CEO and wider leadership team to set marketing direction, and will have ownership over how the department operates, including bringing in and directing further support as the function grows.
Key Responsibilities
Own Phoenix's marketing strategy end to end, aligned with business development and growth goals
Build and lead Phoenix's marketing function, including processes, channels, and any future team members
Develop Phoenix's positioning and thought leadership within the healthcare and pharma sector specifically
Create and oversee content, including original, expert-level content, across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Maintain and evolve Phoenix's brand identity and tone of voice across all external materials
Own production of marketing collateral such as case studies, newsletters, pitch decks, and client-facing materials
Manage Phoenix's website presence and ensure messaging is current, accurate, and aligned with active service lines
Track and report on marketing performance, and refine strategy based on results
Build relationships and visibility within healthcare and pharma industry networks, events, and publications
Support employer-branding and recruitment marketing to help attract consulting talent
Coordinate with leadership and consultants to source stories, wins, and insights suitable for external content
