WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role sits within the Berlin Marketing team and partners closely with Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Marketplace Planning and Store Teams. You will rotate across projects and teams to gain a holistic view of how local marketing activates our sports offense.

Key requirements
Bachelor/master’s degree student or equivalent. A background in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Economics or other related fields is a plus.
Fluency in English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.
A team player who is curious to learn new things and challenge the status quo.
Confidence to share your point of view, challenge constructively and collaborate in diverse teams.
Solid analytical skills and familiarity with MS office suite.
A passion for the Nike brand and an active interest in sports, fitness, or movement—whether through participating, watching, or simply staying active.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll support the German marketing team in planning, shaping and activating brand plans across Football, Running, Training and Sportswear.
In this role, you will:
Help execute brand plans, drive initiatives and contribute to budget planning.
Support market, consumer and competitor research to inform strategic decisions for football, running, training and sportswear
Support insights work that helps us connect with the next generation of German athletes*
Contribute to planning and execution of activations across all key sports
Help translate global and EMEA strategies into locally relevant stories that resonate with athletes* and consumers across different cities and communities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. brand, merchandising, marketplace, operations) to ensure integrated, on-brand execution across touch-points
Bring a fresh perspective to challenge the status quo and help the team deliver disruptive, memorable experiences that live up to the ambition of Nike’s sports offense
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
Be enrolled in university or be in between your bachelors and masters studies.
Be available for a 6-month full-time internship starting September 1st, 2026
Be able to work in a hybrid model: minimum 3 days in the office at our Nike Germany office in Berlin and the option to work up to 2 days from home.
Ability to relocate to Berlin for the full duration of the internship and hold EU/EEA citizenship or have the required visa/permit to be able to legally work as an intern.
