We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. As an intern, you will contribute to high-impact projects that support Data Axle’s digital marketing strategy across channels like paid media, SEO, email, and content. You’ll work directly with an experienced digital marketing team, product and analytics to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, analytics, and competitive research.

Responsibilities:

  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth audits of competitor digital strategies including paid ads, organic SEO performance, content strategy, and keyword targeting.
  • Email Campaign Support: Help build and test email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms, including A/B testing subject lines and content.
  • Content Calendar Planning: Assist in managing the content calendar and ensuring digital assets are published and tracked on time.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Track engagement metrics, competitor activity, and trending content across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Assist in A/B testing initiatives to optimize digital campaign performance
  • Monitor industry trends and suggest innovative ways to enhance digital strategy
Preferred Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, or marketing analytics
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and analyzing data
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent research, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
