Core Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling emails and social media content to engage with our target audience
- Data managing and analysis from different marketing and CRM platforms
- Assist in organizing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Support the development of marketing/sales materials such as brochures and presentations
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and asset management
- Support administrative duties such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices and payment processes
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish
- Currently on last semesters in a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Creative thinking and a passion for marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to details
- Prior internship or relevant experience in marketing is a plus
