Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing & Events Intern to support our marketing and event activities across the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager for Greater China, you will support a variety of marketing and event initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, event organization, and campaign performance analysis, while providing exposure to B2B marketing strategy and sales alignment.
The internship will begin in January 2027 and run for 6 months at our Hong Kong office. The monthly allowance is HKD 10,000.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Support
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating campaign materials and ensuring timely implementation.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Creation
• Create and adapt engaging content for leaflets, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Support the development of visual and written content that effectively communicates our value proposition.
Event Management Support
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer workshops and industry events.
• Coordinate event logistics, venue requirements, promotional materials, and attendee communications.
• Assist with on-site event management and post-event reporting.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Canva, AI tools, and photo editing software. Knowledge of Adobe Firefly and Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Previous experience in marketing or event management is preferred.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
