Marketing Intern Opportunities – Multiple Teams (LATAM)

We’re opening 4 Marketing Intern opportunities in Bogotá  across different business areas — so you’ll be considered for the best fit based on your profile and interests:

  • Marketing Intern – Peripheral Intervention / Interventional Cardiology / Structural Heart (support marketing initiatives, events logistics, KPIs, and digital campaigns)
  • Marketing Intern – MedSurg (Endoscopy & Urology) (support product marketing, ProfEd activities, reporting, materials & inventory processes)
  • Marketing Intern – Electrophisiology / Cardiac Rhythm Management / Left Atrial Appendage Closure (support trainings/events documentation, ROI tracking, purchase orders, and operational marketing processes)
  • Marketing Intern – Neuromodulation LATAM (regional exposure: digital strategy, events, stakeholder coordination, materials, and LATAM collaboration) 
Key Responsibilities

Depending on the team you join, you may:

Marketing & Strategy Execution

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing and Professional Education (ProfEd) initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Demand Generation teams

Events & Logistics

  • Coordinate seminars, trainings, and marketing events (including Salesforce/CVENT systems)
  • Manage logistics, attendee tracking, and follow-ups
  • Support demo equipment, models, and promotional materials (POP) coordination

Data, KPIs & Reporting

  • Consolidate databases and track campaign performance metrics and ROI
  • Prepare monthly reports and activity summaries
  • Maintain and update databases of healthcare professionals (HCPs), KOLs, and training records

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Support digital campaigns, including social media, branding, and content creation
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in awareness initiatives (clinical studies, health campaigns, etc.)

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and marketing budget tracking
  • Support documentation processes, compliance requirements, and internal systems

Regional Exposure (for some teams)

  • Collaborate with LATAM teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Participate in regional projects and, when applicable, field activities with the sales team
 Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking students who are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields
  • Interested in developing skills in marketing, digital strategy, analytics, and project coordination
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Required & Desired SkillsRequired:
  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Desired:
  • Interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and reporting
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, CVENT, or similar platforms
  • Experience or interest in social media, content creation, or marketing campaigns
