Weiler Plastic Surgery is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in social media, branding, and digital marketing within a leading plastic surgery and aesthetics practice.
- Video Editing & Clipping: Edit raw podcast footage into polished, vertical short-form videos (9:16) tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Content Review: Watch and analyze full-length podcast episodes to identify strong hooks, key takeaways, dynamic quotes, and entertaining moments.
- Hook & Narrative Crafting: Frame clips with strong opening visual/audio hooks, engaging captions, dynamic transitions, and clean sound design to maximize retention.
- Subtitles & Motion Graphics: Add accurate, stylish auto-captions/subtitles, sound effects, on-screen text, and visual assets (b-roll, images) to enhance viewer engagement.
- Asset Management: Organize, tag, and maintain an organized library of clipped assets and timestamp logs for easy team access.
- Platform Optimization: Stay current on trending audio, social media algorithms, and short-form video best practices across platforms.
Qualifications
- Editing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
- Social Native: Active user of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with an understanding of short-form video pacing and visual hooks.
- Self-Motivated & Timely: Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet editing deadlines.
- Canva experience.
