Job mission
· Work as regional product management manager and collaborate with account sales manager locally to setup and execute new ebeam inspection & metrology product penetration strategy. Lead local application team member on new product technical engagement project for inspection and metrology new tool adoption at customer R&D and HVM. Take the end to end full responsibility for the success of technical engagement
Job Description
· Lead customer use case analysis that map to ASML ebeam products for successful product engagement with customers, and bringing customer technical requirements to product marketing stakeholders
· Develop strong field marketing strategy to meet customer technical requirement, and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skillset.
· The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and passion for customer engagement with company product portfolio
1.Business development
-Drive understanding of customer use cases, and appropriately position our new ebeam metrology and inspection product that align to customer value & use case.
- Collaborate with local account sales manager to set up new product penetration strategy
2.Project ownership
-Responsible for leading engagement project under his account, and narrow down the technical gap from current product offer to customer requirement.
-Drive SOW execution and collaborate with multiple project teams including field application team, central project lead and product marketing to make sure engagement project success.
3. Marketing role
-Understanding customer technology roadmap, Defect Inspection & Metrology market technical requirements and report back to product marketing team
-Competition intelligence collection and assessment
Education
· Above BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics etc.
Experience
· More than 6 years working experiences in semiconductor industry related field including but not limited to ebeam metrology and defect inspection system
· Engineering or marketing experiences on defect inspection and metrology is preferred
· Experience in project management and customer engagement strategy is bonus
Personal Skills :
· Ebeam or optical metrology knowledge, eBeam inspection knowledge, and Semiconductor process knowledge is needed
· Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible.
· Good coordination skills and communications skills.
· Good documentation skills.
· Multi-task player and good ability to work under different working environment pressures.
· Good team player and committed to the success of ASML.
· Good customer communication skills.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
