What Will Your Role Be

Our global flagship consumer brand Spreadshirt is planning to expand its North America business and to strengthen its presence especially in the U.S. For that growth mission, we are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Marketing Growth Manager, who can make a significant impact on our marketing strategy and bring our North America business to the next level. We are looking for an experienced and versatile marketing generalist who is willing to take ownership for the North America business and who enjoys working in a highly international working environment – directly collaborating with diverse teams incl. Marketing, Operations, UX, Product Management and Category Management. 

This hybrid position requires a minimum of 5 days per month in-office, the time zone should be the same as our Pittsburgh headquarters.

What You´ll Do

  • Drive Spreadshirt’s North American business, focused on the U.S. market.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial and customer-centric performance and its drivers.
  • Conduct regular market monitoring (industry trends, competitor activities, consumer preferences) to provide strategic input for the market strategy adoption.
  • Identify and initiate internal improvement opportunities regarding our channel activities and value proposition.
  • Advocate for the U.S. market needs within the company, ensuring local requirements and preferences are understood and prioritized.
  • Tailor local campaigns and promotion plans to the U.S. market, covering all relevant commercial events and occasions.
  • Oversee and coordinate localization efforts to ensure that product curation, digital marketing content, and customer experiences are tailored to the U.S. audience.
  • Acquire sales cooperations for the U.S. market.
  • Build and lead a small North America regional team.

What You´ll Bring 

  • Ideally a degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred.
  • Substantial experience in various market-facing roles in B2C e-commerce environments.
  • Experience as a management consultant is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and market penetration, ideally in the U.S. market.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and translate them into strategic initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a good sense for commercially relevant design trends.
  • Deep understanding of the online shopping behavior of U.S. consumers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High drive and self-motivation.
  • Detail-oriented and hands-on working style.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A true team player at heart.
