As the Marketing Generalist/Partnership Coordinator, you will enhance the reach of our marketing efforts, ensuring our message resonates with our audience. You will help develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content creation. You will assist in the planning and execution of internal and external communications. You will play a critical role in building meaningful relationships with industry partners and act as the main point of contact for partner organizations.
What you’ll do:
- Manage partnership relationships and all partnered research
- Plan and execute our Advisory Board meetings
- Oversee data use approval processes
- Coordinate internal events to ensure consistency and manageable workloads
- Supervise video-related activities, including scheduling, execution, editing, posting, and contract oversight, etc. Development of TikTok and YouTube Reels
- Support marketing campaigns and collateral development
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Experience in working collaboratively with all levels of an organization, including internal and external executive-level contacts
- Experience in managing partnership relationships
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
