Join our team as a Marketing Generalist (called Client Education Manager internally), where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving product adoption and client success by developing and delivering engaging educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and educational content (email campaigns, blog posts, and videos) that drives product and service adoption across our client base.
  • Develop engaging, high-quality training materials and videos using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere. Handling everything from scriptwriting and voiceover recording to screen capture and editing.
  • Support the client success and sales teams with enablement tools like slide decks, presentations, and proposals to highlight upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of client education initiatives and use data to improve future communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay up to date on product functionality and ensure training content aligns with evolving client needs.
  • Contribute to internal team education by developing resources and tools to support ongoing learning.

Client Communication:

  • While not a daily responsibility, this role occasionally interacts with clients to gather feedback on products, which informs and improves the educational materials we produce.

Team Collaboration:

  • This position is based in our Lincoln, NE office, with the opportunity to work remotely on Wednesdays after training. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and client success teams in a collaborative environment that values communication, initiative, and shared goals.

Requirements
  • Strong written communication skills are essential to craft clear and compelling educational content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere or similar tools is necessary to create professional, high-impact materials.
  • The ability to self-manage and stay organized ensures you meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a marketing-related role provides the foundational experience for success in this position.

Preferred Experience:

  • A degree in marketing or a related field shows a strong educational foundation.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus for managing and distributing client content.
  • Knowledge of the multifamily industry helps contextualize marketing efforts.
  • Experience with audio/visual equipment is helpful for content creation.
