Reporting To: Growth Marketing & Communications Manager (GMCM)
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of Roamtech’s growth and brand marketing initiatives. The role focuses on digital campaign execution, lead generation, event coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations to enhance Roamtech’s market presence and sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

o Assist in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.

o Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for ongoing campaigns.

o Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign rollout.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

o Support paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.

o Monitor and report on lead generation metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions).

o Contribute to website content updates and SEO optimization.

3. Events & Brand Activations

o Plan and coordinate marketing events, product demos, and trade shows.

o Manage logistics, invitations, and event marketing materials.

o Capture and promote post-event content and engagement.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

o Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform marketing strategies.

o Support customer surveys and feedback initiatives.

o Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and dashboards.

5. Collaboration & Sales Enablement

o Work closely with Sales to develop and update marketing collaterals (brochures, decks, one-pagers).

o Support alignment between marketing campaigns and sales outreach activities.

o Assist in CRM updates and data hygiene for campaign tracking.



Requirements

Qualifications & Competencies

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B or technology sector.

· Hands-on experience with digital tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar).

· Strong project management, coordination, and analytical skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

 



Skills Required
