RVT Group are seeking a multi-skilled marketer to join our growing team. The role is varied and will allow you to explore a wide variety of marketing activities, for example: CRM reporting, product marketing, customer surveys, customer gifts, content writing, brochure/ flyer design, website CMS updates, webinar & event support, advertising, PowerPoint presentations, videography, and supporting our overseas teams.
This is a very broad role and once you are settled within the team, we are open to discussing specific career paths.

Responsibilities
- We work in 90-day sprints, and so key responsibilities will be assigned to you quarterly. We use BOB (our HR system) to set your quarterly objectives, and Monday.com to track and manage day-to-day activities. Each individual team member has personal KPIs, but we also have department KPIs.
- In addition to the tasks that are assigned to you quarterly, the marketing co-ordinator is responsible for reactive tasks that come in via the marketing inbox, and a variety of marketing administration tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years marketing experience
- Good written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
- You take ownership of your projects and deliver them to an excellent standard.
- You are highly-organised, flexible, pro-active and have great communication skills.
- You are positive, enthusiastic, honest, accountable and have a can-do attitude.
- You are a team player and willing to support others - demonstrating respect & care for all.
- CIM or other marketing qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Familiarity with the following programs would be advantageous, but not essential: Canva, Hubspot, Wordpress, Sleeknote, Monday.com, YouTube Studio, Chat GPT.

Skills Required
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related role
- Proficient in using marketing tools and CRM software
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Able to work on-site
- Experience in content creation and design
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Background in construction, industrial services, or health-and-safety environments
- Experience coordinating events and external partners (trade shows, conferences, suppliers, venues)
