About the role

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get in at the ground level of a growing, venture-backed startup with proven product–market fit and real GTM momentum. Consider this the hands-on training you never got in next-gen software growth: fast-paced, creative, and full of impact.

You’ll be the right hand to our Head of Marketing, supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that put Pirros in front of the world’s top architectural and engineering firms. Your work will span events management, content production, and community engagement, the engine of how we show up to our industry.

What You’ll Own:

1. Events Management (Physical & Digital)

  • Plan and execute physical tradeshows and industry events end-to-end including booth builds, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, travel logistics, and onsite coordination.

  • Own event programming strategy: messaging, demo flow, talking points, and creative deliverables (booth, signage, collateral).

  • Manage lead capture, post-show follow-up, and ROI analysis.

  • Plan and host digital events (webinars) that drive engagement and momentum, repurposing content for ongoing distribution.

2. Content Support

  • Help craft compelling content that feeds our marketing flywheel, from emails and landing pages (Webflow, HubSpot) to social posts and creative assets (Canva).

  • Assist with content operations and workflows for distribution through multiple channels.

  • Participate in and capture insights from industry events to shape future storytelling.

3. Community Engagement

  • Build relationships with key AEC associations and partners (like AIA chapters) to co-create events and educational content that elevate awareness around content management and design technology.

  • Coordinate local, regional, and national community touchpoints to strengthen Pirros’ industry presence and reputation.

  • You have 1–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or community roles (startup experience a plus).

  • You’re familiar with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, Excel, and marketing automation workflows, or a quick learner.
