Marketing Events Coordinator

As Events Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing events as well as internal company events. Your primary focus will be on the logistical management of events, webinars, third-party conferences & networking events, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing detailed reporting on the success of these events. 

What you will do

• Work in alignment with the Marketing and Sales or Admin teams to ensure end-to end management of all company events including not limited to ideation, planning, execution and post-event recaps.
• Ensure all logistical information for attendees is clearly communicated and organized, including events schedules, locations, regeneration details and any additional relevant information to facilitate a seamless event experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop event content, presentation and marketing collateral.
• Evaluate third-party opportunities and build vendor relationships to enhance market exposure, reduce costs and ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage swag inventory and distribute as needed for events and other company efforts
• Track and report on event success metrics, providing insight for future event strategies.
• Communicate event progress to stakeholders, provide regular updates and insights.

What you need to be successful

• 3 - 5 years of experience in end to end event management or related roles, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver best-in-class results within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative and memorable experiences.
• Ability and willingness to travel to events
