We’re hiring an energetic, people-focused Entry-Level Marketing & Events Assistant to help bring mission-driven campaigns to life in communities across the region. If you’re eager to learn and grow, we want to meet you!
💼 Position OverviewAs a Marketing & Events Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of community-based fundraising events and outreach campaigns. From assisting with logistics to engaging the public, your efforts will directly contribute to the success of cause-driven initiatives that make a real difference.
No prior experience needed! We provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help you thrive.
🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with setup, logistics, and breakdown of live events and outreach activities
Represent nonprofit partners at pop-up booths, retail activations, and community events
Share nonprofit missions, encourage donations, and engage attendees in meaningful conversations
Collect donor sign-ups, update engagement logs, and support campaign reporting
Distribute marketing materials and assist with campaign branding efforts
Help maintain event records and coordinate with internal teams
You’re a strong candidate if you:
Communicate clearly and confidently face-to-face
Enjoy working with people and engaging the public
Are organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking
Thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Are coachable and open to feedback and growth
Have flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
