MedShip is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and trend-aware Marketing Director to lead and elevate the company’s marketing initiatives while also supporting future brand growth and affiliated business ventures as the organization continues to expand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands today’s digital-first marketing landscape and has a strong passion for branding, social media strategy, consumer engagement, content development, and modern marketing trends. The Marketing Director will play a key role in shaping brand identity, increasing market presence, and driving innovative marketing strategies across multiple platforms and evolving initiatives.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing position focused solely on maintaining existing campaigns. We are looking for someone excited by the opportunity to help build, create, and influence both current and future brand direction within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Lead branding, messaging, and overall creative direction for the organization and affiliated initiatives
- Manage and grow social media presence through content strategy, engagement, and campaign development
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement
- Identify and capitalize on emerging consumer, branding, and social media trends
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term marketing vision, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate influencer, partnership, and ambassador-style marketing opportunities as applicable
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on engagement, growth, and ROI
- Assist with website content, promotional materials, digital assets, and creative branding efforts
- Support evolving marketing initiatives tied to future business ventures and expansion opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or social media strategy
- Strong understanding of modern branding, digital engagement, and consumer-focused marketing
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of current social media platforms, content trends, influencer marketing, and audience engagement strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
