Marketing Director

Mujin is the future of industrial robotic systems in production and distribution environments. Our technology gives robots perception and awareness, enabling them to take on more advanced tasks. Mujin is seeking a strategic Marketing Director to lead the execution of our marketing strategy and provide operational direction across the marketing functions. This role is a key leadership position that partners closely with executive leadership and plays a critical role in driving growth, brand strength, and market impact.  

As a people leader, you will be responsible for building, developing, and empowering a high-performing marketing team while aligning marketing initiatives with Mujin’s broader business objectives.  

Position Description:  

• Lead and oversee marketing efforts across multiple areas, including product marketing, brand marketing, advertising, and promotions 

• Define target customer segments and associated messaging 

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and go-to-market plans 

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy 

• Own and manage product and brand performance, including P&L accountability 

• Plan, create, and oversee the production and distribution of advertising and promotional materials across digital and traditional channels 

• Measure and analyze campaign performance using data, tools, and reports to drive continuous improvement 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and executive leadership 

• Present and communicate marketing strategy, performance, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders 

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to support long-term organizational success 

Position Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field 

• 5+ years in marketing leadership or related management roles

• Proven track record of leading and executing effective marketing campaigns 

• Experience across both digital and traditional marketing environments 

• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to align marketing initiatives to business  objectives 

• Communication skills to connect across departments and up to the board 

• Analytical skills with experience using data to measure success and guide decisions

• Solid project management skills  with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution on time 

Physical Demands/ Work Environment:   

• Travel Requirement:  Less than 10%, Domestically / Internationally 

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 

• Ability to work extended hours as required
