Key Responsibilities:
- Use AI, deploy marketing AI agents, be a cutting edge of how the marketing will be performed in the next 5 years
- Lead Growth Marketing & Demand Generation – Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue
- Own Brand & Content Strategy – Craft compelling brand messaging, oversee content marketing, and position the company as an industry thought leader
- Optimize Performance Marketing – Manage paid digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social ads), track KPIs, and continuously improve CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Drive Marketing Operations & Analytics – Implement marketing automation tools (AI), measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize based on data insights
- Build & Lead the Marketing Team – Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing team to execute marketing initiatives effectively
Qualifications & Skills:
- Understanding and vision how marketing will be redefined by AI agents. This to be presented upon interview
- 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a Series A/B tech startup
- Proven track record of driving growth through performance marketing, demand generation, and inbound strategies
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience managing marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and lead nurturing
- Ability to develop compelling brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling
- Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
