Tasks

* Drive Brand Growth: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our award-winning Personal Empowerment and Self Growth Training courses.
* Build Community & Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with prospective clients through authentic brand storytelling.
* Lead and Mentor a Driven Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of motivated professionals to achieve and exceed strategic goals.
* Achieve and Exceed Growth Targets: Take ownership of expansion goals and consistently strive to surpass expectations.
* Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Create and execute strategic campaigns to penetrate new markets and expand reach.
* Strategic Market Forecasting: Manage marketing activities, take ownership of market trends, and stay on top of growth metrics. _Systems and tools provided._
* Maintain Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our training courses to effectively communicate their value proposition and brand promise.
* Embrace Continuous Improvement: Learn from challenges, adapt to business and market dynamics, and contribute to a progressive team culture.
Requirements
Qualifications
* Minimum 6+ years of proven professional experience in a marketing leadership role, brand management, or related field.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding growth and engagement targets.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
* Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in an independent capacity.
