Position Overview
The Marketing Director plays a key role in coordinating and developing marketing efforts for a growing senior living organization in the Greater Indianapolis area.
This position works closely with leadership, the internal team, and external specialists — including Meta and Google Ads specialists, web developers, designers, and community partners. The Marketing Director is not expected to handle every aspect of marketing independently, but should have a good understanding of digital marketing, be comfortable coordinating multiple projects, and take initiative when new opportunities or needs arise.
Marketing Coordination & Strategy
Coordinate ongoing marketing activities and priorities.
Support marketing initiatives for existing and upcoming locations.
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Work closely with leadership and the internal team to align marketing activities with company goals.
Manage and coordinate content across key social media platforms.
Develop monthly content plans and coordinate photos, updates, and other materials with the team.
Write and edit copy for social media, website content, marketing materials, and newsletters, with support and input from the team.
Create and adapt marketing materials using Canva.
Coordinate with Meta Ads and Google Ads specialists on ongoing campaigns.
Understand campaign structure, targeting, budgets, key metrics, and lead-generation goals.
Monitor campaign performance and lead activity together with external specialists.
Review results, ask relevant questions, and help identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
Support lead tracking and coordination between advertising campaigns and other marketing channels.
Create and adapt day-to-day marketing materials in Canva in line with the company’s visual identity.
Develop simple visuals for social media, newsletters, events, ads, internal needs, and local marketing activities.
Adapt existing templates, photos, formats, and content for different channels and purposes.
Prepare basic print materials such as flyers, ads, informational materials, and other promotional pieces.
Coordinate with professional designers when more complex visuals or materials are needed.
Ensure marketing materials are visually consistent, clear, and aligned with the brand.
Coordinate website updates with the web development team and help keep information current.
Communicate and coordinate projects with designers, developers, advertising specialists, and other external partners.
Maintain and develop relationships with relevant community partners.
Coordinate with local publications and media in the Greater Indianapolis area when needed.
Support local marketing, partnership, and community outreach opportunities.
Support marketing for new locations as the organization expands.
Coordinate communications related to new openings, waitlists, availability, and other pre-opening marketing initiatives.
This is a hybrid position based in Belgrade, Serbia, combining office and remote work:
Monday–Wednesday: Work from the office in Knez Mihailova, Belgrade
Thursday–Friday: Work remotely from home
