The Role

🚀 ZIWO is Hiring: Marketing Development Representative 🚀

We are looking for a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to join our fast-growing start-up and play a key role in generating qualified leads and driving our growth. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or call center environments.

About the Role

As a Marketing Development Representative, you will be on the front lines of our sales and marketing engine. Your mission is to create and qualify new business opportunities by actively engaging with prospects across various channels. You'll serve as the first point of contact and play a vital role in nurturing interest and driving pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through inbound marketing campaigns and proactive outreach.
  • Maintain active engagement with both new and existing leads using creative follow-up strategies via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Identify new business opportunities to fuel ZIWO’s growth.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs and potential fit with ZIWO’s solutions.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate ZIWO’s value proposition to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a call center role.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to lead conversations while knowing when to actively listen.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a proactive mindset.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
